I have worked in a variety of roles during my career – proposal writer, educator, manager, director – but have centered my work on advancing the skills of self-advocacy for those that are still learning, even myself! Trained to be an educator, and always a cheerleader for the underdog, I have focused my energy and skills on programs that need to be amplified. With a bit of analyses, multiple listening sessions and conversations with stakeholders, I can help increase engagement with an organization as well as completion rates of e-learning courses. My favorite accomplishments have included building a CPE course for dietitians, increasing the number of sensory-friendly events at a children’s museum and building multi-year funding streams for nonprofits.
